Class / Seminar / Lesson Fees

Payment reserves your spot.

No refunds after the first day of the class session.

Payment is due before the first class.

You may withdraw from a seminar before the published closing date for a refund minus a $10 administrative fee.

Refunds after the closing date will only be issued if your space can be filled.

Lessons require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your lesson, you will be billed the entire amount.

Lesson fees are due at the time of the lesson.
COVID-19 Policies

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exist in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and in some cases death. By registering and attending activities with Envision Dog Sports, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Students agree to cooperate with current facility rules regarding facial coverings/mask, social distancing and hand sanitizing.

Please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others whenever possible.

If you don’t feel well and have any potential symptoms of COVID-19 you must stay home.
Class and Seminar Guidelines

Instructors reserve the right to excuse any dog/handler team which may be a danger to themselves or others, is not in control, seems ill or injured, or is disruptive to the class. No refunds will be issued if a team is excused from class.

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and sportsmanlike manner.

Cell phone use during class should be limited to essential use and videotaping only.

Students will keep their dog’s welfare and best interests in mind.

This is a positive environment for dogs and humans. Derogatory comments or actions of any kind toward your dog, instructor, or other students will not be tolerated.

Students are responsible for the behavior of their dogs.

No children or guests.

Do not interact with another dog without approval from the owner of the dog.

Prong collars, choke collars, e-collars (including bark collars) are not allowed.

Retractable leashes are not allowed in the building.

Students under the age of 18 need to contact us prior to registration. A supervising adult must be with any minor at all times.

Dogs need to be kept quiet when they are not working. Dogs that excessively bark may be asked to be relocated or may be dismissed from class.

Dogs must be kept leashed at all times before and after class. Dogs who are not working should be in a crate or on a leash.

No dogs permitted on the equipment before class starts.

Dogs should be healthy and up to date on vaccinations per your vet's recommendations.

Do not bring sick dogs into the facility, including other dogs from the household that are exposed to your sick dog. If your dog has kennel cough, they may not return until two weeks after coughing has ended. Owners may still attend class.

Bitches in season may attend class if properly attired. Please notify your instructor in advance.

If you are going to miss class you must notify us. If there is an opening in another appropriate class, we will do our best to move you to the open spot. No refunds are given.

Because we use positive training methods, bring a hungry dog and treats or whatever your dog finds rewarding to class.
Facility Guidelines

There are horses on the property. No interaction with the horses is permitted without approval of the facility owner.

Larger and lightly colored treats are recommended (string cheese, etc). Please do not use small and dark treats or treats that crumble as they will get lost in the dirt.

Please potty your dog outside in the approved area before and during class if needed. If your dog potties inside the building, you will be assessed a $10 fine. No exceptions.

Do not allow your dog to potty on or near the building.

Cleaning up after your dog is a must. Not doing so can result in excusal.

Wear comfortable and casual clothing. Shoes will get dirty. Trail running shoes work well for traction. Gore-tex models provide better insulation for your feet from the dirt. We wear Salomon trail running shoes: https://www.salomon.com/en-us
Drop in Classes
You may attend additional classes that you are not currently enrolled in for a drop in fee. Drop in fee is $25. Instructor approval is required to confirm that the level of instruction is appropriate and that space is available.
